Refund & Return Policy

At Rayyan Maison, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Perfume Products

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, perfumes can only be returned or exchanged if the product remains unopened and the original seal is completely intact.

Watch Products

Watches may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they have not been worn, damaged, resized, or altered in any way.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the item ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, a replacement or suitable resolution will be arranged.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders may be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges may not be approved for products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, missing packaging, or requests submitted outside the eligible return period.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be covered by Rayyan Maison if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In other cases, return shipping expenses may be the responsibility of the customer.
